About this home

Glass-walled contemporary with a double-height living room

Built in 2016 and largely unchanged since. The back of the house is glass from floor to ridge, which gives you a north-facing wall of soft light for most of the day and a clean sightline from the kitchen through to the pool deck. The double-height living room takes a condor or a small jib without moving furniture. Owner is on site during shoots but stays out of the way.

Owner restrictions

Read these before you inquire. They carry into the agreement.

  • No pyrotechnics or open flame of any kind, interior or exterior.
  • No smoke or haze on the main floor — the glass is a nightmare to clean and the alarm is tied to the fire department.
  • Shoes off above the ground floor, or booties for crew.
  • The primary closet is off limits. Everything else in the house is available.

Access

Crew entry through the side gate on the north elevation, not the front door. Circular drive holds camera and G&E; everything larger stages at the clubhouse lot.

Parking

Circular drive fits four vehicles. Five-ton and honeywagon stage at the clubhouse lot.

Walkthrough video available

A continuous walk through the house from the owner, narrating what a crew can and cannot use.
