Every home, person, inquiry, and contract below is invented, so you can see how the portal works before signing up. Nothing here is a real listing and nothing you do is saved.

Good afternoon, Priya.

This is what a homeowner sees after their listing is verified and a production has booked. Everything below is invented.

What the HOA handles

  • Designated crew parking, confirmed before every shoot
  • Quiet hours and generator rules the crew must follow
  • Neighbours within 300 feet notified in advance

The HOA does not negotiate your rate, verify insurance, or guarantee you get paid. That part is yours.

One number to remember

Your listed rate is what the production pays. You receive 95% of it — the HOA's 5% district fee comes out of that total rather than being added on top, and the production pays each share separately. Price with that in mind.
