This is the HOA's lane
These rules apply to every shoot in Boulder Walk regardless of what an individual homeowner agrees to. The homeowner cannot waive them, and the HOA does not negotiate the location fee.
Filming hours
07:00 – 21:00
Work outside these hours requires written HOA approval at least five business days ahead.
Quiet hours
21:00 – 07:00
No exterior work, amplified sound, generators, or vehicle movement during quiet hours.
Designated parking
Where crew vehicles, trucks, and trailers may stage.
Neighbor notice
The HOA notifies every household within 300 feet of the location at least 3 days before the first prep day. Productions do not need to do their own door-knocking, but courtesy visits are always welcome.
